Unacceptable quality and service
I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the product itself, with faults including; Rust, cracks, poorly molded pedals, washers not fitting screws and screws not threading. Appliances Online directed me to their supplier Global Fitness and Leisure who initially suggested that these faults were only cosmetic, and have now failed to replace the item some 6 weeks after delivery and notification of a the faults. Global Fitness also expect me to re package this 200kg+ item and assist their courier in lifting it into a vehicle. Entirely unacceptable service.
