Disappointed Customer
Once I purchased an Australian power adaptor to get the cross trainer to work I am very happy with the Lifespan Fitness XT44 Cross Trainer. The Cross Trainer, however, does not come with an Australian power plug to be able to use the machine. Appliances Online were unable to supply an Australian power adaptor or plug. Was promised a refund on the purchase of an adaptor plug but 2 months on and I am yet to see the refund and all I get is excuses.
