It works ..
No quieter than most kettles nor any quicker to auto switch off, but total stainless steel interior and double wall construction a bonus
Looks gorgeous but has a sharp edge on the lip
The sharp edge on the metal lip of the jug cut my hand the first time
I used it. I avoid touching it now. As for the rest … looks great, band of hearts is very subtle. Discontinued though as it was from an anniversary collection
