Diamond blending system
The durable stainless steel blade and diamond-shaped jug work together to draw ingredients into a vortex that leaves no ingredient intact. The 1.75-litre BPA-free jug is resistant to shattering, scratches, and stains, and you can safely pop it in the dishwasher for an easy clean.
Intelli-Speed® motor control
Much like most dryers can sense your clothing load, this blender utilises Intelli-Speed® technology to detect how much you are trying to blend. This feature helps with recipes like dips and waffle batter, where texture is key. It will also give you the peace of mind to add larger fruits to the bowl, without having to remove the lid and prod around.
Four speeds
The blender’s Clean Touch Control Pad contains four speeds—chop, mix, puree, and liquify. Chopping is ideal for most fruits and vegetables, or for turning mince into a sandwich filling. Use the “mix” function to make a salad dressing with kick. “Puree” is your best friend for baby food or for a hearty oatmeal. Use “liquify” as your cocktail companion. The blender also features a “crush ice” mode, for when snow cones beckon on a hot summer’s day. And, if you want even greater control over your blending, simply press “pulse” for a more delicate touch.
Hot Foods mode
There was a time when you’d only use your blender when you felt like a smoothie or a fresh fruit juice. The Hot Foods mode is a reminder of how far technology has come, and of how much we have come to value multitasking. This mode will refine your soups, hot sauces, and hot drinks by beginning at a slow speed and then gradually increasing. This prevents splashing and, by extension, cursing in the kitchen.
