Keeps going into defrost mode
Keeps going into defrost mode. Have had service call twice, first was told needs calibration, but then was told nothing was wrong. Didn't turn up for second service. BAD customer service. Yet other aircon (same brand) purchased at same time works perfectly

I previously had a Fujitsu window unit which lasted me for 20 years before replacement was required recently.
However ,the air conditioning technology has improved significantly and the added bonus of a remote control is a really useful convenience supplied with the Kelvinator wall unit.
I am very pleased with this Kelvinator 2,7 window box reverse cycle Air Conditioner.My installer had no problems whatsoever with the installation because the window measurements were similar to the previous wall unit and the operation is straight forward.Also the unit is very good value for money. I didn't want to pay for an expensive split system installation and this Kelvinator wall unit is more than adequate for the bedroom's requirements.
