Shattered after one week
Looked great, worked okay for a week.
We put a regular pot on one of the hotplates with a couple of litres of water, as the hotplate heated up it started making popping noises then the whole plate shattered spraying out tiny glass shards. Fortunately the pot stopped the shards from flying upwards.
Clearly we got a faulty one but we wouldn't risk getting it replaced and it happening again.

hotplates are both large so takes up a bit of room on the bench otherwise good quality and works well

This product was delivered speedily when I really needed it, and with a cheerful greeting. I cannot fault it and will definitely shop here again.
