This is made possible thanks to the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), which recognises the chosen speciality and instantly and precisely adjusts the fineness of grind accordingly. In addition, JURA has developed the pioneering Cold Extraction Process – a quite literally refreshing top innovation. In this process, cold water is slowly pulsed through the freshly ground coffee under high pressure. The result is a completely new way of experiencing coffee – refreshing, energising and with a wonderfully balanced aroma. This outstanding premium coffee machine features a double-speed 4.3" touch display and the Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. Thanks to the Speciality Selection menu and artificial intelligence, it’s exceptionally easy and intuitive to use. The technology quantum leap is also reflected in the sculptural design. Excellent results at a touch of the screen
Was suggested by a friend that I look at Jura when my Nespresso machine started playing up. I had never heard of them before. I went along to the electrical store and was sold at once. The ability to program virtually endless coffee types to suit different people and save them for future use is amazing, as is the ability to tweak the settings on the fly when producing that coffee. We started with the glass milk ug which is great but after I smashed it I upgraded to the milk fridge that sits next to the coffee machine and keeps the milk at fridge temperature and ready to go, making it even easier to make a coffee.
My only issue is the amount of water that is used for other than making coffee, leading to a large amount of water that goes through the filter which is not used for coffee making, must used for flushing which is on top of cleaning cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Jura, we started with the Z5 then Z8 and now Z10. The Z10 is hands down the best Jura and best coffee machine we have ever owned. It is so versatile, you can make virtually any coffee, hot or cold. Never misses a beat and produces top notch coffee every time.
