Quick and fresh coffee when you need it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our machine for years and it's still going strong. It's easy to clean and maintain and we've tweaked the settings to make our coffees just the way we like them.
Convenient but milk is a let down
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full automatic so it's very convenient and suits our lifestyle but unfortunately does not match up to other coffee machines. Milk foam/froth is a major let down brining done the overall quality of milk based coffees. Perhaps a top of the range Jura would be better at this
Pros and cons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good coffee. But - milk won’t ever be warm enough (it’s just how it is). Has made simple to clean though, as I use an external milk frother which makes great warm milk. Also - user gets asked to empty grinds even if it’s empty (fair enough, no sensor to detect, and better to be side of reminding to empty than not). Perhaps screen could ask - are grinds emptied so can click ‘yes’ rather than needing to take tray out. This is a good machine for a 2 adult house, but I do suggest using an external milk warmer.
