I just love my new Roomba, even named him Rex cos I like a man cleaning my house 😂😂 Very easy to work out & clean out

Crap!, it drops clumps of hair and fluff when the canister is not not even half full. It goes over the same area repeatdly and cant seem to go into other rooms in small open plan area. if the back of the vacc bumps something the rubbish canister opens and vacc stops, so you need to tap it back in. worst robo vacc so far.! waste of big money

The app that you use to control the Roomba suggests that you name it - mine is named Ray. I am becoming more used to what Ray can and can't do and am learning how to prep for best results. Firstly, you must pick up all of the cords and cables around the room plus anything else from the floor - particularly paper cos he shreds it. If your dog, like mine, is old and deaf, best to remove her too as she can't hear him coming and he bumps into her. Not hard, but a bump none the less. My dining chairs have low wire frames, so they must be put up on the table as he gets stuck on them. He is getting better with each clean but it isn't the set and forget that I had hoped. Spots are missed and his absolute dedication to certain rooms means that he runs out of power mid clean, but he is getting better.
