No replacement parts!!!
Amazing air fryer but no replacement parts available. Our crisper plate is all rusted (terrible materials used) and our basket handle broke (terrible materials again) but they don't have any replacement available for either. Stay away.
Basket Closed
Right basket keeps saying close basket after it’s already closed.
I really wanted to like it but it just doesn’t work. The parts site is also gone so it’s either I have to toss it but a new one.
Hopefully it’s a easy fix
I’ve tried other baskets from other air fryers but all seem to repeat close tray. Stumped.
Not working
Unfortunately the product had a light not working when delivered so it was picked up for exchange but there was no stock to resupply.
So we haven't been able to try it yet.
