Product OK, 'instant' Pot company support bad
Is good until its not. Handle requires a bit of pressure to push in and out. Plastic that holds the handle to the basket cracked after 3 years of moderate use. They refused to help replace it or repair it. Told me "buy a new one". Product is still in production... they could easily send me a new basket.

No replacement parts available
We purchased this air fryer in May 2023 and like everyone else on here, I need a replacement tray. Why won't they sell replacement parts?
