Instant pot
Very easy to use
Heats up quickly no issues on pressure release
Only complaint is the screen. You have to look at it on an angle if you try to look at it straight on you can't see anything which sometimes makes it difficult to read some of the settings
A bit of learning is required
A bit of learning to get started is required. Have yet to try a range of recipes (cuts of meat etc) to gain experience and confidence. You need a well ventilated area to use this appliance otherwise you'll end up with steam grime on your ceilings and walls. We use a wooden board on the stovetop and place the Instant Pot on that so steam vents up the rangehood.
Time Saver
Very simple to throw in chuck steak n veg, walk away no stress and have it ready when you get back home, tender and ready to serve .
Easy to use, and safe releasing pressure/steam from the cooker. Lots of great info on the web on how to use the the Instant Pot. Love it!
