Glass exploded Buy from another brand
Oven glass exploded while pre heating. It is 6 months old and well under warranty. Appliances Online fobbed us onto the manufacturer who initially refused to help us and is now offering parts only. Very disappointing customer service.
The oven is ok
The oven looks good, but having problems cooking well in it, the fan forced tends to burn & undercook. Also the dial knob doesn’t marry up with the settings so it’s hard to tell which one I’m on , maybe it was a factory fault and I brought a dodgy one or all are like this? It’s ok but wouldn’t buy it again.
My new oven
Appliances Online, brilliant, helpful, delivery on time exactly as I was informed. Price excellent, wouldn’t go anywhere else now, oven so good and easy to use. Very happy, plus, they took my old oven away, I think I was just as happy with that!
