Another Horizon Joke
Extremely difficult to install and has never functioned properly. Now the spin bike has jammed with broken belt. Garbage Chinese products.
Very temperamental
I would not recommend this console as it does not work consistently. I have watched the tutorial and set it up correctly. It will work fine at times but then drops in and out at others which is frustrating. The sensor needs constant resetting as it only sits on a piece of velcro and isnt fixed securely enough to prevent movement when in use.
Great service
Great service , kept me informed and even called me to keep me updated . Unfortunately console is currently not working but they have directed me to the manufacturers help service. So I'm In the process of getting answers for issue
