Bought this dryer because I was after a large dryer with an auto sensor, so the load would finish once it was dry Have studied the manual, used every one of the many cycle options and can't find an auto sensor Every load ends with nothing dry Have to keep resetting over and over I'm sure this dryer is a great one, and worth the steep price, but unfortunately, unless I can find a cycle that actually dries the loads, this might be a lemon

Partly my fault as I ordered the wrong type of dryer but we couldnt access the bottom front panel even if we had decided to keep it. Very complicated to use. Appliances Online were amazing and changed to a more suitable dryer in one day, only a small fee for swapping to a Fisher Pykel dryer which is perfect for us. Sorry Hoover, I have always loved your products but I think this one was pretty poor.

I cant give a review cause it seems like I bought the wrong type of dryer the vented one I bought I can’t use the vent hose I have nowhere for it to go a heat pump one would be the better choice but since this is my first dryer I had no clue what vented meant I wish I could exchange it to a heated pump one cause as it is I can’t use it I’ll be grateful if I can do that .Thank you
