Amazing!! You would not regret purchasing a Hizero. Perfect for a family with little ones. I think 3 of my friends have purchased it now because of how much I rave about it. You need to take care of it though the "self-clean" needs to be cleaned beforehand. Expect 15mins of cleaning a week but worth not having to map or vacuum. Love it!

I've had this thing about a month now and it works exactly as advertised. Physically, it is ok. The stand is a bit fiddly, and the kids can't seem to get it on the stand properly. There is also this weird rubber filter than has to be hand cleaned with the supplied brush every time you use the device, which is a bit weird. It also isn't great in corners (it is OK, but not great - about the same as a steam mop). It also takes a while the first few times you use it to get the chamois roller supple enough to properly dry the floor as it cleans. after a few days it is fine. Cleaning wise, it cleans as well as any other method I have ever tried. The floors look great. This thing is fast. I can get around and clean about 100 square metres of tiled area in about 7 minutes. It used to take me about about 40 minutes to do the floors the "old" way, by vacuuming, then mopping (I used to use a steam mop). The biggest advantage though is that after 6 minutes the floors are dry (well, dry enough to walk on without leaving marks, and dry enough to not be slippery - there are still a few spots here and there). It is also ready to go at a moment's notice. I've seen reviews where it is claimed that this thing is slow, and that you constantly have to stop to empty/fill with water. I'm not sure how they use it, but I mop a big area, and just push/pull it around like a vacuum cleaner. I can also usually get around the whole tiled area of the house on one full tank of water or less. For those who say they always need to refill the tank, you can move around a lot faster than you can with a steam mop (or a regular mop). Faster than a vacuum cleaner even. It seems that moving slower over an area doesn't make it cleaner (although moving twice over it fast does). It does however require a reasonable amount of internal cleaning after every use (probably about 5 minutes of your time, plus another 5 minutes or so doing an "automated self clean" (of the bits you don't have to manually clean). Even so the overall cleaning time from picking it up to putting it away is about a third of the time for any other thing I've used, and is dry straight away. Don't bother with the special cleaning fluid. According to the ingredients panel it is 90% water, and you only put about 5ml into the 500ml water container, so there is only about 0.5ml of cleaning "stuff" in the water and most of it is fragrance. It is basically homeopathic cleaning. I have tried it with the special fluid and without and can't see a difference in the end result. My only concern is durability. It seems quite robust, but for the price I'm expecting to get 5 to 10 years out of this machine at least, excepting replacing rollers and other wear items. Time will tell.

Super impressed with results however it doesn't get anywhere near close enough to edges and operates quite slowly (takes twice the time for our large home).
