Broke down and still waiting for repair after a few weeks
DOA
It didn't work from the start as it was DOA. Support was great though, I preferred the dryer to be fixed, unfortunately, that option was not available to me so I had to take the item back to the store for a refund.
Incredible and NO REGRETS buying it
We were keen to take full advantage of the Queensland government rebate for energy efficient appliances as our tumble drier gave up after 8 years! So after researching we settled on the Hisense heat pump! It has been so fabulous! Love the wifi connectivity and how amazing it is! It really is very intuitive and love how it can determine the length of cycle depending on the weight! After being so impressed we bought the washing machine! This paired nicely as once it completes the cycle it talks to the drier and recommends the drying cycle to use! It’s incredible to see how much water is drawn out of the load and also how energy efficient it is!! Love the reporting on it as well!
We are so happy! We are an advocate of Hisense and look forward to buying their 50” inch tv! Imagine if you washing machine and drier flashed a message on the bottom of the screen to say washing/drying finishing in 10mins or finished! Hahaha! Take full advantage of IOT!!
