Good features
After our old 7.5kg front loader died (14 years), we decided on the Hisense product due to price, warranty and the slim line design. It’s very quiet, wash’s well, spin cycle is great, but the only issue is that F13 fault comes up due to the door locking mechanism not engaging. Have to open and close the door several times to get the mechanism to lock properly which is annoying.
Bad investment. Don’t buy
2 hr cycle goes to 3 hrs, clothes doesn’t rinse properly. Lot of soap and water remains after cycle finishes. Very bad investment.
