So happy with this fridge
The black fridge not only looks amazing but is super functional and absolutely massive. I am so glad opted for one without an ice or water dispenser as there is so much more room. It is well designed and everything is easy to see and access.
3 months in and a Major Fault
We originally left a glowing review for Appliances Online due to the professionalism and kindness of the delivery team, but unfortunately, we have encountered some significant issues with our purchase. We bought a Hisense refrigerator in May 2024, and despite being frost-free, it has developed extreme condensation and frost issues. On top of that, we noticed damage to the front doors after delivery, though we only discovered this after the 7-day reporting period due to being busy with our move.
We have reached out to Appliances Online for assistance under Australian Consumer Law, requesting a pickup and refund, as we do not want a damaged fridge repaired after just three months of use. We are hopeful that the team will support us in resolving this matter, and we will update this review once we have a resolution.
