Pleasantly Surprised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this washing machine when my top loader broke, and I was extremely apprehensive about buying a front loader. Happy to say it lived up to its hype, great all round machine. The only downside of a front loader is it makes towels hard, but that isn't this machines fault, that is front loaders in general.

awesome service and washing machine...guys took the old machine away and installed new one...
When it works
Less than 3 months old and it broke down. The replacement wasn't much better. I would never buy one of these again!
