absolute heap of crap. WORST/ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
BEEN BROKEN FOR A YEAR STILL WAITING FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! water heater stopped working after a few months. in november. requested warranty service to fix water heater. waited for service person to come out who determined water heater not working. duh i already told you that. wait several weeks for part that they could have ordered at the time i made the service request. service person comes with replacement part and decides it is better to just replace. advised in april replacement will be back in stock in 4 to 6 weeks. almost end of july STILL WAITING!!!!!! no response to emails. don't answer calls. W.T.F!????????!!!!!!
Difficult to program
Not that easy to use. The economy cycle runs for 3hrs. Still trying to sort that out.
Leaves dishes wet and stains, power cutting in/out
Bought this 3 weeks ago to replace my 14 years old Miele dishwasher, but sort of disappointed as this Haier dishwasher leaves dishes super wet and a lot of stains even with maximum washing aid dispence and longest program cycle. Also it doesn't work well with cheap washing tablets (eg. Finish all in one), the dishes still feel greasy. The result is worse than my old one.
Most importantly, I only used it less than 5 times and yesterday morning when I turn it on, it sounded like relay clicking and power cuts in and out, the display just flickering. Unable to figure out what's going on but when I tried 5 hours later it started working. I will keep eyes on it and will contact you if problem still exist.
