Very poor in removing stains.
I had to replace the washing machine with an LG brand as this one got good features but poor in cleaning stains. Not recommended.
Great features, decent wash, terrible reliability!
I bought this machine in October 2016. The wash, the settings and the size are all great, but the reliability of the machine, in particular the electronics has been a disappointment and in convenience. It first stopped working in April 2017, powered on but all the buttons to select and start the machine were unresponsive. Finally got it fixed under warranty (replacement circuit board) which took 3.5 weeks! All was good again, till Nov 2017. Now it won’t even power on and it needs another replacement circuit board again. It’s a shame as I really like the machine, when’s it works - if only it would stop breaking down.
