Value for Money
As I need to order a special 2m hose for connecting to the far away water inlet, I just got it from Fisher and Paykel within a few days of order. Have not used the machine yet, but I got the same for my daughter who is very happy with the machine. I must comment on the Applianceonline personnel who are all very friendly and helpful. By the way, the bad report for Haier service is not real as I got through in no time and received the best advice promptly. At this time of covid, this is unreal, as you would expect either waiting for 30 minutes or leave a message for someone to return your call.
Clean and fresh washing
I’ve had the haier 12kg washing machine for a couple of weeks now and I’m a convert. Yes, the machine wash cycle for clothing is outstanding. I didn’t want to believe a Chinese manufacturing company could produce a washing machine to match Miele. It did, and my laundry has never been this clean and fresh EVER! The whites are white, the mixed and colours clean and fresh. I’m using the same laundry powder and liquid detergent. Nothing has changed. Is it because the size of the drum washing capacity is larger? I’ve gone from a 7kg to 12 kg. Huge difference. I’ll keep you posted, at this stage one word - WOW!

Better than any washing machine that I bought in the past. Bigger capacity, self'- cleaning and steamer, perfect to my daughter who have allergies
