Terrible controls and instructions
Control panel is extremely difficult to understand and the instructions are very poorly written. Every cycle we have tried has given the wrong result (e.g. it will set it to dry when you just want to change to a different wash cycle, then when you turn the dry option off it will not do a rinse and spin after the wash, so the clothes are dripping wet after the wash cycle is complete, and then finding how just do a rinse and spin is also complicated). I regret purchasing from this manufacturer (Haier) whose products I had not used before and I will never purchase one of their products again after this experience
Easy to use and very sturdy
We upgraded from a 7 year old Haier 7.5kg to our new washer+dryer. Perfect for apartments which cannot have a separate washing machine and dryer due to space constraints. Dryer works perfectly. It also has a time dry of 30 mins if you do not want a complete dry. It has a 15 min quick washing cycle. Rinse+ spin has 30 mins cycle. I only wish it had spin separately too. Also has a refresh cycle ,Smart dosing and UV Sanitise. Overall a great buy. Appliance online gave a 1 day delivery and took my old machine too which is so time saving.
