Fantastic washing machine. So nice and big, it fits my doonas and blankets when washing. Great service, delivery boys very good. Very helpful

This machine is simple to use , however the machine I would not state as a high quality machine. The detergent dispenser is in my opinion flimsy, getting it out to clean is impossible and could easily break if you don’t take your time and slowly wiggle it out, getting it back in is also a task. The washing regardless of the settings used always come out rather damp and heavy. I found out this only has 600rpm max spin which is not enough to effectively spin washing. I always have to do an extra spin which adds another 15 or so mins to do1 load of laundry, even then, the clothes are still rather damp and heavy. If I do a Load any more than a medium, I need to do 2 x extra spins and even then I’m still left with heavy damp clothes. This Happens even when washing light items. So basically I don’t have a 10kg capacity washing machine because this machine can not handle anything over a medium setting. It also some days just decides not to work and about once a week it decides not to drain . A note to anyone looking at buying this machine- Fisher and Pykel service these machines and I had almost 4 week wait to get it looked at, and it still doesn’t work all the time ,Not the fault of Appliances on line though . I will never by this brand of washing machine again. Having said all this. I will continue to purchase all my white goods and so on from Appliances on line. They are always kind and helpful, their delivery drivers are great. This is the only item I have ever had a problem with from this store. End of the day, sometimes you buy a lemon, can’t do much about it now, I’ll just use it until it dies and never buy this brand again..

Great washing machine on thing annoying is the lid doesn't stay up and self closes to quickly so I had to put a lever up to hold the lid open while loading my washing
