Sooooo easy to clean
Purchased a month or so ago and have used It about ten times. An excellent easy to use grill. Only criticism is that cord could be about another 30 cm longer hence the good rather than excellent rating in ease of use and overall.
So versatile
I am very happy with my GRP5, it's absolutely fabulous.
In the initial order my unit fails after a week, AOL, swapped it over with no questions asked!!! It failed again, then again, but now on the 4th changeover, I could not be happier. Thanks for your incredible service.
Great when it works - see below
This is my 3rd one of this model and the first two had the same issue so I am hoping it is not a generic fault. The problem with the first two was the elements just stopped heating - all else looked fine. Possibly a thermostat problem of some kind. I have had this one for a few weeks and it is going well so far. Aside from what could have been just bad luck, it is great, easy to use and all it is advertised. The build quality rating of 3 reflects this problem only - otherwise great.
