Great Heater
Purchased online and unfortunately had an issue with the solenoid, however one quick call and a replacement was sent in two days
Heater is simple to use and great for our needs
Absolutely Useless
The instructions for operation do not match the controls on the unit. After lightning the gas, it goes out after an hour with the fan still going blowing cold air.
Product did not do the job advertised
The build quality of this product is great and ease of use is great but unfortunately that’s where the good news stops.
We used this product how it was intended (device outside with the ducting pushed through the door) and found the heat output extremely poor. Yes it was a cold night (4 degrees) but this is when you’d use such a device. We left thermometers in the camper and found that there was only a 1 degree difference between external and internal temps (we even have a thermal blanket on the roof). Holding your hand in front of the outlet there wasn’t much heat. This device may work for a small tent but don’t waste your time on anything larger.
