Not as good as my old delongie
I just don’t like it, it doesn’t make coffee as good as my old delongie & ite hard to work out
Great Coffee!
This replaced another well known brand- and it’s so much better! The coffee actually tastes like barista coffee, and you can save settings for temperature, volume and grind. Hot water comes out of a different spout to coffee, so no need for a jug. Only downside is that there’s a lot of cleaning involved, pretty much all the time, but it’s still fantastic! Love, love, love it!
Terrible after sales service
We had a coffee machine delivered with the incorrect base plate meaning that we are currently using an unsafe base. I emailed a couple of weeks back to get it addressed and still have not heard back.
