Coffee actually tastes like it's from the coffee shop.
Once I got over the fear of using the machine and being disappointed yet again as from previous different makes. I am enjoying experimenting with different styles of coffee.
The manual dial that needs to be turned for different functions isn't marked very clearly, just a slightly longer line than others on the dial so reasonable eyesight needed but otherwise extremely pleased.
Service and delivery from appliances online excellent as usual.

Good simple machine that makes a great coffee. Easy to clean and maintain.
Love my new Gaggia
We had a Saeco for years and when it died we tried many different brands. We weren't happy with any of them.
I was told the Gaggia is the domestic Saeco machine and we are so happy with it. We mainly use it for espresso's and it hasn't missed a beat. It gives a hot coffee and looks great on my bench. Very happy A+++++
