F1-R Franke filters x2
Initially I received the wrong filters. I rang Appliance on Line within minutes of delivery to inform them of the mistake. The driver was rung and returned promptly with the correct filters. The driver was very apologetic.
Despite this I would still recommend Appliance on Line.
A good product
Great service. Ordered and arrived in a very short time. Was easy to fit and is working perfectly
Not as easy as changing a light bulb.
We’ve been running the Frankie filter for over year but when it came to replace it, getting it out and back on was nothing like changing a light bulb, as the literature claimed. Drain water by turning off mains, turn off tap, use a big bucket and pray you can find the exact point where the nib aligns under your sink. It took me 1/2 an hour of fiddling, some people may choose to call a plumber because of accessibility and sight issues
