How can I be so excited about a cooktop?
I didn't know this brand so it really was a leap of faith and hope. I was prompted because of what it offered, 2 wok burners and the extra cooktop width, so went ahead and purchased it. Now that it's installed, I'm absolutely thrilled. I had no idea a cooktop could be so good! The flame on our old cooktop used to go out if it was turned down even a little and I thought this was something we had to endure being on LPG. Turns out it was the cooktop and the new Franke cooktop has amazing flame control and I can have the heat up high or super low. It lights every time and is so easy to clean. Thrilled I took that leap of faith and kind of embarrassed about how much I rave about this cooktop.
