[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our Oven. We opted for the kick plate and the back splash plate. they came seperately and after receiving two kick plates, F&P were very quick at sending the back splash plate. A crack appeared in the cast iron trivot and F&P replaced it very promptly. It was swaped at our house. F&P have supplied great after sales service.
