Horrible Support Service from Fisher and Paykel
Our Ice and Water stoped working after a month. I Logged an issue on the 8th April then again on the 12th. They advised me a tech could not get to site until 26th April. The Tech did not bring the right part even though we advised that is issue was to do with the electronics. I had to chase up F&P to find out when they would come back out. Suprise Suprise No techs until the 15th May. Tech out again and now advises the whole door needs to be replaced. AGAIN NO follow from F&P to reschedule appointment I now have to chase down again. It is now the 22nd of May and still not resolved. I will be requesting a refund as it is Obvious Fisher and Paykel have a lot of FAULTY products in the market with limited technicians to fix them.

The fridge is easy to operate with enough options for everyones needs. We love the crushed ice . Recommend this product.
