Wrong gas type in box!
So far appliances online has been amazing, currently waiting on a response for a natural gas cooktop wrongly supplied in an LPG box (LPG is what I ordered).
I'm sure there is an increased demand for customer support of late, and I don't doubt the issue will be resolved, but so far no response by phone or email after a week.
