New oven had defects out of factory
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had purchased this oven and when it was installed the dials were hot and the elements were not staying up, there was a rag on the fan and the rivets were not there to hold elements.
The representative for F&P was great when he came and inspected the oven and found the faults
Great modern look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously had a double oven of a different brand and it was time to replace/upgrade and this oven certainly looked the best for the price at the time. We have not been disappointed.
We did have an initial problem with the knobs being too hot to touch and advice from the help line was it was a settling in process for a new item. However we did not accept this and once we finally got a visit from the F & P serviceman he identified within seconds that the fan had not been connected at the factory and all was fixed very swiftly.
We have used most settings and have not been disappointed, would recommend.
Abit disappointing
It has a front hot air exhast fan that blows hot air into the room. It is not as wide as I expected inside. The buzzer doesn't turn off automatically. It cooks well though.
