Bought this a month ago. First attempt had to be returned as had wrong hinging I ordered right the box said right and the fridge was left. Once I had new one (with a scratch) it started leaking water. Had an engineer come out and he fixed it. 3 weeks on its leaking again. I love having just a fridge so much space just not impressed with the F&P issues. Appliance Online were helpful its the product that has issues.

This is our second one of these - need the space with a large family. Works well and the fan stopping when the door opens is a good idea. Looks good and complements rest of stainless appliances well. Only issues are design flaws. 1. Even after 12 years, the fruit & veg crisper still has solid plastic runners that rub on the fridge lining. With weight in it, it soon wears/breaks through the lining. On the last one they came out and simply used araldite to glue the lining back together and thicken it. In 12 years no change to crisper design means the problem may reoccur. I glued felt on the bottom of the runners to reduce friction. Lots of other manufacturers have better designs, so it can be fixed. 2. The door handle does not cope well with any lateral pulling. It has a slight wobble due to the attaching screws coming loose. Trying to get kids to only pull on it at 90 degrees to the door is hard. Make the handle attach better rather than trying for a nice slimline look! Minor points, but this fridge cost more than alternative fridge/freezer models of similar size, so I do expect something better on simple design issues.
