Legendary service and a very cost effective fridge
The fridge has been working just fine for a month. Great basic fridge and no complaints. Although it is covered in a thin plastic film which is starting to peel in places. I'm ignoring it as no doubt the film is protecting the fridge
Not worth it!
Very disappointed with fridge. Poorly designed! Not enough shelves. You have to remove too many shelves in door in order to store regular sized bottles. Fridge does not close automatically. Fischer Paykel guy came out to look at door and said that was the design! Not recommended.

I bought this fridge online after searching our local retail outlet. The service and turnaround time was exceptionally quick. I had my fridge delivered, POD and old fridge remove within 24 hours. From my first contact with the customer service staff to the delivery, everything went smoothly They actually kept in touch till my fridge arrived and installed. Thank you
