Zero reliability, zero service
Ceased functioning after 3 months. Repair took 6 weeks. Ceased functioning 4 months later. Repair company was sent the wrong parts by manufacturer 3 times, and just gave up after the 4th visit. It’s irrelevant if it’s a good machine or not, because if it has any issues you may as well save yourself the pain of dealing with Glenn - Dimplex and just bin it.
Would give it 0 stars if I could
We have had issues with the dishwasher from day 1. The aqua-stop hose leaks and is unable to be replaced with a normal hose. After a week waiting for the manufacturer to contact us, we were told to get a repair man at our own expense. Now the dishwasher no longer drains and we have no faith in the manufacturer to help us. Do not buy this product or anything from this manufacturer.
Disappointed
Purchased in December, used once and came up with error code on second use. Have not been able to get a repair or even a timely response from Euromaid. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
