Rust issue
I am surprised after 4 years there is noticeable rust issues in various places. I noted that some other reviews had mentioned there were issues with paint, so I do wonder if there is a fault in the manufacturing.
Loses paint only 2 weeks old.
Gas disperses lose paint after 2 weeks of use, contacted Appliances online, no help just told to contact manufacturer. Not what I expected from appliances online, poor after sales service.
Oven doesn’t cook anything
We bought this product because of its small size, and have been happy with the hob. However the oven just doesn’t seem to work correctly at all. It has left us wondering if we have a faulty product or is it actually just this bad?
Even if we preheat for an hour on gas mark 5 it still takes up to an hour to roast finely chopped veggies. It just completely dries things out before it browns them because of how slow it is.
If you are looking for a slow dehydrator rather than an oven this could work for you though.
Very disappointed as we love to cook.
