Great appliance
It is a good size for two people and can hold plenty of food for you to stock up with
Euromaid Freezer 183L
Great roomy freezer for all the extra goodies over the holiday season with adjustable temperatures. Only thing is its noisier than my fridge.
Very disappointed
Sadly from the moment I received this freezer there were problems. I informed appliances on line straight away, they were very helpful & put through an urgent service request to Euromaid.
I had waited as instructed for a couple of hours before turning it on. I noticed the seal on the door wasn’t doing it’s job but thought maybe once I turned it on would make a difference. Once turned on the seal worked a little bit but certainly not enough & within hours I’ve started to form inside the freezer. After only a day the drawers started to freeze shut. After two days the top two drawers were completely frozen shut & a third full with rock hard ice. I called Appliances online again just to let them know that it had gotten worse. They confirmed the request had been put through to Euromaid. To this day well over a month later I have not heard from Euromaid. Appliances online happily came & picked up the faulty product & refunded me in full. They were great. I was however extremely disappointed in both the quality of the Euromaid upright freezer & their complete lack of service or attempt to rectify.
