Faulty
Replaced older one that battery needs recharging every 2 weeks. So much difficulty with this one though. Was easy to set up as already had other one and app but no thumbnails show in app yet are sent on notifications. Have reset so many times and troubleshooting and nothing has worked. The plate it sits in is stuck as went in but doesn’t come out to charge Using the pinhole pin to unlatch ofcorse but doesn’t take it off so is stuck on wall so can’t even return as need to take off the plate to unscrew the plate to return all or charge the main section. Really is so much difficulty compared to my older one. If could remove off wall I would return.
