Was great but …
So this is the replacement machine for the exact same machine that I had. Appliances Online we’re amazing and offered a “replace or refund” when my first Essato machine broke within the warranty period. Since I was happy with the first machine, I decided to get the same one again, blamed my housemate for breaking the handle on the first one and moved on. Fast forward 3 years almost to the day and I have been having continuous issues with “E33” - an error which is not in any manual or online. I called Appliances Online when yet another load of washing was saturated and the error kept coming up. After looking it up, she told me it was an error code for the installers and meant the water level meter was faulty. She gave me a quick fix, which did work the first time, then back to soaking wet washing again. Fortunately she also sent through the names of two service companies that they recommend as it is out of warranty.
I am in two minds right now - do I fix it or do I buy another machine? I love that Essato is Australian made but 2 machines in barely 5 years is not good. With all the advances made in the last 5 years, I’m probably going for a new machine - which I will buy through Appliances Online because of their legendary service and ease of buying/fast, free delivery and set up.
TLDR : 2 machines in 5 years due to faults. Works well when it works. Appliances Online has amazing service.
A solid Heat Washing Machine for the price!
We have only had the washing machine for about a month now but it's been good. Very easy to use and efficient. If you are looking for a washing machine for around $700, look no further. This is probably one of the best deals you can find.
Esatto 9kg Front loader EFLW9
Have had washing machine for 3 weeks now. Considering this was one of the cheapest 9kg front loaders on the market, so far l am very satisfied with the Esatto. Easy to use, and quite wash and spin cycles. However compared to my previous washing machine (Bosch) the clothes come out more creased and wrinkled?
