Temperature
The fridge is not cooling after 2.5 years of use. I believe this is the reason why they have 2 years of warranty on the product.
Parts are a nightmare
took ages to find someone to service the fridge. Fan is faulty and will take 10 weeks to replace!
Poor service & repair options!
The fridge is ok ..purchased 2019 but now having problems getting anyone to service it. Esatto took 2 days to get back to me to send me to someone else who took 2 days to get back to me and who told me I would have to wait 17 days before they could have a look at it!
