TOTAL RUBISH
First Ergorapido lasted less than 12 months before batteries died, replaced under warranty with a Lithium model that has lasted less than 2 years before batteries died yet again. You should get at least 4 years out of Lithium batteries before they fail however cheap China sourced batteries render this product total rubbish.
And stupid design by Electrolux means that the dead batteries can’t be replaces by simply swapping them out for new ones as they are hard wired within the handle of the unit.
wears out prematurily
Bought one for my wife for xmas 2 yrs ago. 1st lasted 8 months till motor got noisey and started cutting out. Replaced under warranty as unrepairable. 2nd one lasted 13mths and out of warranty now...same issue. Rubbish.
Somewhat dissapointing
We bought this with the hope that it would be easier to manage than getting out a big vacuumn, but have been disappointed in its ability to clean our carpets
