2nd broken machine in 4 weeks!
We bought this and it was delivered and installed next day... Great. Then within a week we got an E10 error which meant the machine filled with water and wouldn't run. The emergency drain hose is so poorly positioned that if you have a machine positioned on the floor you can't run the water anywhere other than onto the floor.
Appliances online promptly replaced the machine, great service...
3 weeks later and the replacement machine is doing the same thing. This time because it has been "over a month" according to the phone operator we have to have an Electrolux technician come out. I pointed out that it has been less than a month and she said "well, it's pretty much a month".
Electrolux due out on Monday to check out the machine, so unlikely we're going to have a machine over Christmas. Awesome.
Washer Dryer
Bought last month when my old machine broke down. The integrated dryer saves room and the 1 hour quick wash and dry is great
Lovely Machine
Great machine. The vapor refresh function is great for some dry clean only garments like my down jacket. However I can't seem to adjust the temp or time on any washes. Also can just do a dry cycle or add time to a dey once set - must do a spin then dry. Haven't read the manual so am not 100%
