Good machine - good purchase and great instalation
Bought this machine 2 years ago. Its been reliable and a good machine.
Pros - The delivery and installation from these guys was quality!
- The machine has many settings and options to choose from
Cons - Sometimes, I dont think frontloaders wash aswell as top loaders this machine on certain setting, the clothes are not smelling clean or seemed washed properly.
- The settings or the scribe for the setting has easily rubbed off resulting in not being about to see what setting i am selecting. This is a poor feature and needs improvement.
Bigger and Better
My old washing machine was an 7kg Electrolux and was very happy with that. So this 8kg one is bigger in capacity but same dimensions. It also has better features and quieter too from the last one.
Loose drum - 3 weeks+ to repair from Electrolux
Has worked well but time to repair leaves a lot to be desired apparently as they need parts from SA. I would have thought if it takes this long they should replace unit
