Thought it would be better
It doesn’t dry out the food but it doesn’t make certain foods crispy like battered or crumbed foods (bottom/tray side is soft/soggy). I now cook on a higher heat than recommended on the box of frozen goods. Also has taken a while for the new appliance smell to go away.
