Terrible service and poor build
The customer service experience with Electrolux has been extremely frustrating. The machine was just 3 years and a half when stopped working.
-A technician visited us after 5 days wait.
-We waited one more week for him to return, only for him to show up without a part.
-The next morning (February 26), we were informed that the parts were no longer available and the machine would be replaced. Why did it take a week to realize this?
-Since then, I have had to repeatedly call the Electrolux team with no resolution. Today, after missing a call, I called back twice.
The first agent promised a call back in 5 minutes—after 1.5 hours, nothing. The second agent assured me that someone from the distribution center would call today—again, nothing.
-It has now been 9 days since we were told about the replacement and 3 weeks since the initial service request. Three weeks without a washing machine, and still no delivery date or response from the team.
This level of service is unacceptable.
Great washer
Delivery was great and fast as always.
Washer works very well, is quiet and the auto dosing function is saving us so much detergent.
Would never buy Electrolux again
Between the horrific difficulties connecting to the app (just read the app reviews) and the fact I've had one fail already and a second appears to be on the verge of failing. Electrolux quality control and design simply isn't great, you are better off picking an alternate brand.
