Great Service & Amazing Product
So happy with my purchase this month of my Dyson V11. Next level in Vacuum cleaner as had previous models. Thanks Winnings
Too heavy
Compare with my old Dyson V8 Absolute, not recommend upgrade to new one, V11 Outside is too too heavy to vacuum, etc: the roof or any other lift up things to clean, This upgrade not very satisfied. Although the battery last very long, but old one very light used nearly everyday, but the new one just use once a week, Plus empty the bin not as easy as the old one, the rubbish always get stuck inside, have to use the hand to pull it out.
Love this Dyson
I have always used a large pull around Dyson vacuum. The switch to this Stick vacuum has been invaluable. Easy to use- the kids even grab it out & are happy to do their rooms. Highly recommend
