Very disappointed
Pretty much from day one I was disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. The battery doesn’t last long enough to clean the whole house, and after owning it for two years and using it about 15 minutes a month (I use a different vacuum cleaner to do the regular whole of house clean due to the poor battery life) it has completely stopped sucking anything and now just pushes things around. Two years, at 15 minutes a month, for a $1,000 vacuum cleaner? I would describe this as completely unacceptable and totally disappointing.

upon first use I actually texted my partner saying "what a delight to vacuum ... never thought I'd utter that sentence!" anyway, had a Dyson for several years, needed replacement, bought this one ... fantastic
Very Powerful - "luv it"
This is the best vacuum I have ever had and I actually like doing the vacuuming now. No more pulling a barrel behind me, tangling up cords, and emptying paper bags. As I said "luv it".
